Volunteers are needed for various tasks. - Painting new equipment for the agility yard - Cleaning up the property (raking, weeding, washing fencing, tables and benches) - Itemizing and cleaning junk out of the kennel containers and shed - Misc.

SASF needs a person familiar with using a handheld sprayer to soak the agility yard, play yards and sidewalks with a white vinegar-based solution.

Coldwell Banker is holding an adoption event at their facility in Ronkonkoma to benefit the Southampton Animal Shelter and two other adoption facilities on Long Island. Our goal is to bring the SASF Mobile Clinic truck with four to five dogs. Kristen...

We will be set up on the grassy area off Main Street.

The preschoolers are setting up a lemonade stand to raise money for the shelter. Kristen Hyland will visit with a puppy/"green" dog.  One volunteer is needed to assist while Kristen talks with the school about humane education.
