SASF board member Laura Wynne will host the event. A portion of the days sales will be donated to the shelter. We will set up a table on the sidewalk to attract attention to our dogs and the store. In the case of rain, we will move inside.

Aprox. 13 children and their parents will visit SASF to learn about the shelter and meet our rescues. We will first meet in the classroom for the greeting, shelter overview and a fun project. Then, the children will have story time with the cats.

The students in the new Animal Rescue Club have collected/delivered donations. They will continue to collect through the month of November. We will bring a dog and/or kittens to the school and tell them about SASF and the rescue effort.
