Volunteer with Us – Beach Bar Bash!
Join us for our annual community fundraiser, The Beach Bar Bash (formerly at the Boardy Barn)! This fun-filled evening will feature live music, delicious food, a cash bar, raffles, and more—all in support of the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation.
We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make the night a success. Volunteer roles include:

Passing hors d’oeuvres (serving experience preferred)

Event set-up and clean-up

Selling raffle tickets

Guest check-in

Assisting with auction items
-
Street team promotion (posting flyers in advance)
Event Date: Septmeber 27th
Time: 6–10 PM (set-up will begin earlier)
Location: 58 Foster Ave, Hampton Bays, NY.
