We need dog walkers to walk around adoptable dogs at the fair to help them find their forever home. We will be bringing our mobile van too. (:
Directions (Interactive Map below) From the West: Take 495 to exit 71. Make right onto Edwards Ave./Nugent Drive. Go towards County Center. Parking on the street. Or make left at County Center towards West Main St. From North Fork: Take Rt. 25 to Riverhead. Or go on Rt 58 and make a left on Northville Turnpike. From South Fork: Take Route 27 (Sunrise Hwy) to 24 North. Follow to traffic circle. From Moriches: Take County Rd 51 to traffic circle. Handicap Parking Committee and the Riverhead Committee on the Handicapped have announced a plan for easy access to the fair for those with handicapped stickers. The parking lot off East Avenue north of the Methodist Church is reserved for handicapped. Also reserved is the eastern most section of the bank parking lot on West Main St. For those needing van access, the south side of Main Street west of Griffing Avenue has been set aside.
