We will be able to start loading onto Long Wharf Saturday, September 10 at 7 a.m. I will be leaving the shelter at 7:45 am. Vehicles must be off the Wharf by 9am, as that is when as that is when they open to the public.
Best parking is in the long term lot on Bridge street or at the end of bay street down by Haven's beach, be sure you check out that you’ve parked legally for Long Term - the police will be issuing tickets.
Booth assignments will be distributed early next week along with the map of Long Wharf. When you get there, look for anyone in a blue Committee or Volunteer t-shirt for assistance. You can also call Kristen's mobile phone at 650-248-3462.
We are bringing our tent, tent weights tables and chairs. If you are working both days, we will likely leave our tent, etc. overnight to avoid a second early day of setup.
